As a Bonvoy status member who frequently stays in various hotels, I am compelled to express my exceptional experience at the Hotel Drover, where the service surpassed anything I have encountered before. During a recent stay, I encountered an issue that highlighted the hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction. Unable to find an energy drink in the hotel, I had to venture out to nearby shops, ultimately walking three blocks to a sister property to procure one. Upon encountering Fernando from security, who was stationed at the rear entrance of the property, I explained my frustration and showed him my room key. He promptly escorted me through the back route to the lobby, ensuring I reached the buffet before it closed. Later, I discovered a handwritten note and energy drinks in my room, courtesy of Fernando, who had taken the initiative to acquire my preferred beverage. A subsequent phone call from him further emphasized the hotel's dedication to rectifying the situation. Fernando's exceptional service, kindness, and attentiveness transformed my frustration into delight. I firmly believe that employees like Fernando, who demonstrate such outstanding character and dedication, deserve recognition and advancement opportunities. His exemplary conduct is a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence, and I strongly recommend that he be considered for future leadership roles, i see General Manager in his future. i only have one small critique, please make a small selection of energy drinks available for guests in the future!

Couples night, we arrived Saturday late afternoon. Check in was easy the room very nice. The lobby, bars, and restaurant were heaving. We had a great time. Sunday morning we had a fantastic breakfast. Because we had late check out, we used the pool and hot tub on January 11 . Great place, fantastic service. The valet/parking 48$ is way too expensive!

We love Fort Worth! And now, we are spoiled forever, thanks to the Hotel Drover. Not only is it a beautiful and stylish hotel, every employee makes sure you are pampered and feel welcome. Texas style friendly, polite and respectful. Shout out to Joseph at the bar, Elijah our bell hop and the valet staff! Every detail is perfect. The grounds are beautiful with all kinds of spaces to relax and take in the western vibe. The food, from their margaritas to their succulent filets to their Texas (bananas foster) style French toast, was amazing. We can't say enough about our visit. We had to tear ourselves away.

My wife and I had the pleasure of an overnight stay at the Drover a couple weeks before Christmas. The staff and concierge services went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience. Would like to specifically give a big shout out to Jayden Pantoja and Debra Warr! From helping with dinner reservations to room amenities. Christmas is such a great time to visit Fort Worth. The Drover hotel decorations made for awesome photo opportunities. Dinner at the 97 West steak restaurant was superb. We can’t wait to go back.

My family and I stayed this past weekend (Jan 3-4). What an amazing weekend. First, I have to say a huge thank you and send my compliments to Billy (Hotel Manager) for his above and beyond service. My wife was having some trouble sorting our booking just before arrival and Billy made sure everything went smooth; our room, the Little Ropers program for our kids, it was all a first class experience. The property is amazing. Thankfully, we caught the last weekend of Christmas decor, lights and the overall holiday look. The restaurant, bars, indoor and outdoor lounge areas - they were all outstanding. Hotel Drover is the premier way to stay and enjoy the Fort Worth Stockyards. We look forward to visiting again!

We stopped into Hotel Drover for a drink, and it was such a great experience. The lobby is absolutely beautiful—decorated in a historic Stockyards western style that feels upscale, warm, and perfectly Fort Worth. The drinks were fantastic. The spicy margarita was excellent, with just the right kick. And the Cowboy Colada was such a fun surprise—a creative mix of coconut, pineapple juice, and Buffalo Trace whiskey that worked beautifully together. The patio was also beautiful, located right on the Trinity River. It’s a peaceful spot to sit, relax, and enjoy the scenery. Even if you’re not staying overnight, Hotel Drover is worth a visit for the ambiance alone. A stunning place to unwind and soak in the Stockyards vibe.

Our yearly trip to Hotel Drover was absolutely unforgettable, and that is largely because of the incredible guest services team. Jayden went truly above and beyond to make sure my wife and I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at home. From thoughtful accommodations to proactive attention to details we did not even think to ask for, Jayden set a gold standard for hospitality. I also want to highlight Jayden’s professionalism. Every interaction with him was polished, warm, and reassuring. He embodied what luxury service should feel like and represented the Drover with excellence. Because of Jayden’s heart for service and Julian’s professionalism, this trip felt special from start to finish. This is exactly why we keep coming back year after year. Truly outstanding experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms are beautiful and you can tell the hotel put a lot of work into every detail. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio area in the morning by the fire pits. Valet is very pricy and they just park your car in a back gravel lot which would be my only complaint. I highly recommend eating at the 97 West if you’re staying here - the food was so good!
